Happy Valentine’s Day many xoxo’s to you!

wMy special night out with my husband doesn’t happen until tomorrow, so today our family dinner will be special with homemade brownies for dessert.
wA surprise was included into each lunch pail this morning.
I have enclosed a special little gift in each lunch bag consisting of Rolo’s, Reese Peanut Butter Cups, & M & M Peanut’s and Woody Wood Pecker sticker Valentines.
wMy challenge of LOVE this month has been just that. A challenge. This particular week is almost over and I was suppose to do something nice for a Church Family member. Wednesday night I thought I’d include several ladies by bringing a chocolate chip cookie platter. We recently went around the room introducing ourselves and had to mention our favorite cookie. I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. But the majority of the women mentioned chocolate chip cookies being their fave. Only I never made it to church Wednesday evening. I started shoveling snow off our street (I think the city is tired of plowing) just so I could have a place to park. My kids helped-don't get me wrong, but that was a 2 foot built up section of snow and ice the city had avoided in the past couple of plowing days, due to an abandoned vehicle. Now that the vehicle has been removed the snow remained. So we started shoveling, and while I was at it I decided we should also shovel a place for my husband. Then as usual, I’m always so gun-ho about doing a task, then I over do it. I mean "oh I could hardly move" and knew I wouldn’t make it through the next couple of hours sitting, giggling and trying to be cheerful, when I was actually in pain. So my children grabbed a ride from our friend and ran out forgetting to take the cookies with them.
wWell, one thing about it...I’ll have another chance to fulfill this challenge. And next week’s LOVE challenge: Is to demonstrate LOVE to your neighbor. I had an ideas; Because this yummy homemade brownie mix makes several batches, I think I'll pass them out.
